Working as a subcontractor for Cubist Media Group, Thunder supports several business units at a large pharmaceutial company. We develop and execute employee engagement plans; write feature articles and intranet posts; produce videos and animations; draft internal announcements, talking points and Q and A; and write scripts for podcasts.

Working as a subcontractor for Cubist Media Group, Thunder created a bold, aspirational mission statement for a business unit within a pharmaceutical company.
Client: Institute for Medicaid Innovation
Thunder redesigned the website for the Institute for Medicaid Innovation, a national nonprofit providing unbiased research, resources and policy support for the nation’s Medicaid program. The new design brings to life the organization’s mission-driven work, while still maintaining its focus on making its vast research and resources available. www.medicaidinnovation.org
Client: Institute for Medicaid Innovation
Thunder’s work with the Institute for Medicaid Innovation (IMI) focused on positioning the organization as a leader in Medicaid innovation and best practices.
Our social media support included penning a thought leadership series for IMI’s senior team, board and key community partners to highlight lessons learned from the nation’s vast, post-pandemic redetermination process.
We also designed several newsletters and reports for IMI, including its five-year plan to improve the nation’s maternal health outcomes.
Client: Cubist Media Group
Working as a subcontractor for Cubist Media Group, Thunder has supported several national meetings for a large pharmaceutical company.
We’ve provided primary writing and design, establishing the critical foundation for messaging and branding in meetings held by a variety of business units across the country.
This included drafting a 10-minute guided meditation for a leader  to use with 800 meeting participants, as well as designing numerous meeting components to promote attendee engagement.
Client: Health Partners Plans
Prior to starting Thunder, Michelle developed key advertising, marketing and thought leadership campaigns while at Health Partners Plans, a regional healthcare company serving Medicaid, CHIP and Medicare populations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Today, Health Partners is a Thunder client for whom we provide a range of communications support as they prepare to launch a new business across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Client: Crozer-Keystone Health System
The Crozer-Keystone Health System provides medical and social services in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Prior to Thunder, Kristine produced print, digital, TV and outdoor advertising, as well as website layouts, highlighting a variety of hospital services.
Client: Cubist Media Group
GSK teamed up with Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge, England to conduct research that is used to make new medicines available for patients worldwide. Prior to Thunder, Kristine worked with Cubist Media Group to conceptualize, design and produce outdoor and social media solutions that aided a large pharmaceutical company in increasing the registration of clinical trial volunteers.
